🚑 A very special visit for Nursery! 🚑

We were kindly visited by an ambulance, giving our nursery children the wonderful opportunity to have a look around and learn a little more about ambulances and the important work they do 💙

The children were so excited to explore and ask questions — a fantastic hands-on learning experience! 🌟

A huge thank you to the ambulance crew for taking the time to visit us and make the experience so special 😊

🎓✨ Year 2 Graduates! ✨🎓

What a wonderful celebration of our amazing Year 2 children as they marked the end of such a special chapter with their graduation! 🌟

We are incredibly proud of everything they have achieved, the progress they have made, and the wonderful memories they have created along the way 💙

Wishing each and every one of you the very best of luck as you move on to Year 3. We know you will continue to learn, grow, and shine! 🌈📚🎉

We held a graduation for our children in Nursery 2 who will be going onto their next adventure to Reception in September! 💙

Parents came along to see the children sing some songs and receive a photo in a graduation gown and cap 🎓

The Reception children really enjoyed their trip to Gulliver's Dinosaur and Farm Park at the end of last term!

They saw lots of dinosaurs 🦖 and farm animals 🐖🐑

They dug for fossils and made their very own slime, we hope they told you all about it👂

We want to wish them the best of luck with their next adventures, particularly Mrs Davies who has worked at Ruskin Infants for 28 years and Mrs Waples who has worked here for 24 years, they will be missed very much! The children and staff wore blue 💙 and purple 💜 (Mrs Davies and Mrs Waples' favourite colours) to celebrate! 🎉

🌈 Year 2 Art 🌈

🎨 Paul Klee inspired pictures using watercolours. We used the sweeping technique to create a background and the dabbing technique to create patterns 🖼️
