Our Year 4 children have had a brilliant time diving into the world of the Anglo‑Saxons and Vikings this week at Bishopswood. From exploring daily life in the settlements to discovering how Viking raids shaped Britain, the class has been full of curiosity and great questions. We’re so proud of how engaged they’ve been in bringing history to life.

To Our Wonderful Year 6

Year 5 have been putting their maths skills to the test during orienteering today. From reading maps to calculating distances, they showed brilliant teamwork and problem‑solving throughout. A fantastic mix of outdoor learning and active fun. 🤩

What a weekend that was! Rest up tonight and sleep well! A special shout‑out to our staff who powered through with very little sleep and got involved with everything 😴 Can’t wait to see you all tomorrow for a big day of learning.

As we wrap up our final few hours with our amazing 3‑ and 4‑year groups, I couldn’t be prouder. Their resilience, teamwork, and commitment to every challenge thrown their way has been inspiring. They embraced the adventure with full hearts and gave it their all.
