6RB have been inspired by the work of Versace and have created patterns to print onto fabric as part of our Decades Project.

Year 5 were so excited to be taking part in the Royal Opera House Create Day

Our year 5s and 6s loved taking part in the NFL flag football festival at Wath Academy. Thank you Mr Bennett and Mr Whaley for inviting us!

Year 5 had an amazing workshop led by Jason and Ella from . They created beautiful images using metal.

Some of our Y1, 2 and 3 students had a fabulous time at the library this morning meeting author/illustrator Liz Million.

Year 2 have had an arty afternoon yesterday! We have been doing some observational drawings of leaves🌿🍃🌱

Year 4 really enjoyed their drumming lesson where they learned body percussion and played the djembe.

We also had a wonderful reading Stay and Learn.

Year 4 have had a fun-filled day at yesterday looking at different habitats and finding a variety of living creatures. 🐛 🐜 🐞 🕷️ 🪱 🪲

Y6 have been working on their sculpting and 3D art skills this week. Our jungle inspired tiles are really taking shape!

This half term the children in F1 will be finding out about seeds and how they grow.

As part of this project the children have been using glass beads to make their own flowers.

Year 2 had a fab time in Filey this week!
