1st XI Cricket vs The MCC

On Friday we had the honour of hosting the prestigious MCC Cricket Club for our annual showpiece fixture.

Playing against an MCC side comprising of elite cricketers, some with first class and minor county experience was always going to be major test, but our boys were up to the challenge to battle out a hard fought draw.

Huge congratulations to our team and a massive thank you to the MCC for a fantastic game played in the true spirit of cricket.

Our U13 Girls’ Cricket Team celebrated the start of the ICC T20 World Cup today by putting their skills to the test at the Herts Cricket Festival. A huge thank you to for hosting a fantastic day.

To Year 13, standing down today. You leave with more than just qualifications. You leave with memories, friendships, and experiences that will stay with you long after results day and university offers are forgotten.

Thank you for your contribution to our Sixth Form community. Schools are not just buildings; they are people. And you have shaped this place in ways you may never fully realise.

We bid a heartfelt farewell today to our Year 11s who are standing down for their GCSE examinations. We want to wish them the very best of luck and hope they receive everything they deserve from their GCSEs and their futures. You will be missed as a cohort and have been fantastic role models for the school during your time at Parmiter's.

Thank you to everyone who donated items or attended the Thrift Event last Friday lunchtime. A huge ‘Well done’ to the organisers from Fashion Soc for organising a fantastic and enjoyable event for the whole school.

Thanks also to the Y12 Industrial Cadets team for their Cookies and 3D Printed gifts stall.

Overall, Parmiter’s raised an impressive £261, which will be donated to the HYH (Hertfordshire Young Homelessness) charity.
