So in addition to my normal *Tuesday and Fridays next weeks zoom timetable is as follows:

Monday 1800-1840 Pump it (require a weight or weights...... kettlebell dumbbells or bar)

Tuesday
*0900 -0930HIIT
*0930 - 1000 Core Blast

Wednesday
0830-0900 HIIT

Friday
*0900 HIIT
*0930-1010 Pump it
