PARENTS TIME TO DO SOME ACTIVITIES WITH YOUR CHILDREN.
Go to your recycle box-there you will find all manner of things for you and your children to make models.
All you need as well is Sellotape, glue suitable for child use, scissors, glitter, paint brushes and paint, suitable for children, newspaper.
Encourage your children to create and build their models-let them use their imagination. Let it dry well before painting after gluing.
They will love your support and encouragement while they do this.

Parenting does not need to be hard work.
As adults we forget to let are inner child out.
When you do this and get down to play, communicate with your children on their level you will notice the following.
Better communication and child focused language with your children.
Expectations will be realistic and age appropriate for them.
Through play you will see things through their eyes, learn more about them, their like, dislikes, fears and things that they are really interested in.
Your listening skills and eye contact will be much better as you are on their level-face to face with good eye contact.
Stress levels will get lower for you and also your children will not be so demanding.
This is because you are giving your children the correct interaction, attention and valuing them.
