Our Business Development Manager Max spent an afternoon speaking with Vigymantas “Viggy” Kasperovicius discussing his learning experience and the benefits of being an apprentice.
Viggy completed his Level 3 Light Vehicle Technician Apprenticeship Standard with us in 2022 whilst working as an apprentice at the Allen Ford Group.
Viggy successfully passed his End Point Assessment and is now a qualified Light Vehicle Technician!

Transforming a dilapidated building into a state-of-the-art automotive apprenticeship training centre is no small feat, but the result is truly something to be proud of. The newly renovated space provides a safe and modern learning environment for our apprentices and adds value to the UK economy by providing skilled workers for the evolving automotive industry.
The process of renovating the building was a genuine team effort. From the initial planning stages to the final finishing touches, every team member played a vital role in bringing this project to fruition.
The training centre boasts state-of-the-art equipment and technology, including the latest diagnostic tools and repair equipment. Allowing apprentices to learn on the same equipment they will be using in the industry gives them a real-world edge when they enter the workforce. Additionally, the facility includes classrooms and training labs designed to mimic real-world work environments, with state-of-the-art interactive learning tools providing an immersive learning experience.
The transformation was not just limited to the physical structure. This change revitalises the apprenticeship experience by providing an even more comprehensive and hands-on learning experience.
