Small World Nursery

Here at Small World Nursery we have had lots of fun celebrating King Charles birthday. 👑

The children have been taking part in lots of Red, White and Blue themed activities, from playdough, to drawing our own Union Jacks and exploring our Tuff trays. We had our very own little tea party where, we wore the crowns we made had sandwiches and scones with Strawberry Jam.

Here at Small World Nursery the Pre-School have been growing a variety of different vegetables in the there allotment. They have been learning to take care of the plants and helping to harvest them when they are ready. 🫜🫛

Here at Small World Nursery we have been having a Splashing time as we celebrate World Ocean Day 🪼🐳🐋🐠

We have been taking part in creative activities as we make out own Jellyfish and Shells, we have been exploring our Ocean Theme tuff trays, with different textures and Ocean Creatures.

Football Day ⚽️

Today we have been Football mad to help raise some money for Cancer research.
The children have been taking part in lots of Football activities such as decorating their own shirts, making footballs and even writing Football words. We all become little Footballers as we aim, shoot.....GOAL.....🥅

Today, they proudly wore their football shirts to help raise money for Cancer Research—such a fantastic effort for a great cause!

Happy St George's Day

Here at Small World Nursery we have been celebrating St George. We have been taking part in lots of Red and White activities and we even had Scones with strawberries.

🐣✨ Exciting times at nursery! ✨🐣

Our little eggs have finally hatched and we’ve been busy getting to know our fluffy new friends! The children have loved watching them in their cage, checking in on them throughout the day and learning how to care for them gently.

Today was extra fun as we took them for a little swim! 💦 The children were fascinated seeing them paddle about and and even got a little wet.
