Baby Sensory classes provide hundreds of simple activities designed to stimulate the senses and help with your baby’s development. Our baby classes include activities ranging from signing to fibre optic light shows, amazing light balls, bubbles and bells. I’m looking forward to welcoming you back or welcoming you for the first time as we kick off our Autumn term this week. I have a gentle, super lovely session planned for you. Activities this week include musical instruments (with some fabulous homemade ones to inspire you), dreamy textures, lights, bubbles and more. All activities are explained so you know how and why they are helping your babies’ learning and development.

🍁Our Autumn term starts next week🍁
Classes can be booked in blocks of either 5 (£50) or 10 (£90). New customers can book a 3 week trial for £27. Why 3 weeks? Our classes offer unparalleled variety so we recommend experiencing a few sessions to get a true feel for everything on offer. 3 weeks also gives your baby (and you) a chance to settle in.
You can start attending at any time and book a block from then, as long as there is a space. The Autumn term is usually very popular so if you can, book early to secure your spot. Head to babysensory.com/hemel/ to book or email [email protected] with any queries.

It’s our final week of Summer Specials and your last chance to book a Pay As You Go session before we return to block bookings for the Autumn term.
Come and shake your maracas to the beat 🪇, soak up some carnival vibes and watch your baby enjoy a visual feast of colourful balloons and ribbons before settling down to watch a puppet show. 🎪

We’re back next week with a Music and Art session. Suitable for babies from birth to 13 months. Your baby will have the opportunity to explore the texture of (non-toxic water based) paint and the thrill of making marks on paper. They will get messy and they may get paint on you so don’t wear your best. Although the paint is non-staining, in my experience you need to get it in the wash straight away. It’s likely to still be warm weather so babies can be in vests or just nappies for the painting. I plan to have some water and disposable towels available to help with cleaning baby up after but it’s a good idea to have plenty of baby wipes with you.
Expect lots of fun and you can take your baby’s creation home with you as a keepsake.

Early mark making is a wonderful way to lead learning and development forwards. Even if you are the one making marks, your baby will love to watch and see the effects you create. Talking to baby about the colours and patterns will make this activity even more beneficial.

This week it’s the babies’ turn to have their own Sports Day! Complete with a warm up, an array of physical activities, a torch relay and a closing ceremony. Lots of fun ending with a soothing light show to help little athletes wind down and drift off 😴
