Watford Gujarati School part of Watford Hindu Group The Gujarati school was established in 1984 by Watford Hindu Group to teach the local community’s come and join in the fun... You wont regret it!

The Gujarati school was established in 1984 by Watford Hindu Group to teach the local community’s children and adults the Gujarati values, culture and language. Due to the pandemic the school introduced online classes to all our students. This opened up a world of opportunities with students joining our classes nationwide, learning gujarati and having alot of fun getting to know our culture and religion. The classes are delivered online on Saturday mornings by our expert Teachers who are adored by all of us here at Watford Gujarati School! The school ensures all children have the opportunity to understand and enjoy their heritage and culture. Our aim is to allow the children to learn and ultimately get a GCSE Gujarati to keep the language alive in the generations to come! To have excellent teachers who have an overall 75 years experience with an added benefit of a Gujarati OCR examiner on our team. Working in co-operation with all members of Watford Hindu Group, the Community and Watford Grammar Boys. We provide the essential reading, writing, listening and speaking skills to all our students.

BACK TO SCHOOL 🏫

Jai Sri Krishna 🙏 and a warm welcome to you all from the Watford Hindu Group Gujarati School. We hope all students and parents had a relaxing summer holiday and smooth back to school week.
Now it's also time to restart their journey to learn Gujarati.

Gujarati school will resume back from next Saturday (13th September). All teachers are eager to welcome you back.

If you studied with us previously, no need to register on the website. if you are new to the school please register you/your child through our website.

Please pay your fees by 10th of September. Yearly fee is the more cost effective way to avoid term admin charges.

Thank you to those parents who have already paid their fees.

Once you've paid please contact Vibhaben on WhatsApp and she will send you the updated zoom link.

With the Gujarati school's last day we all enjoyed a fun day here! Lots of learning, fun quizes and plenty of laughter we end the school year with a big bang!

Thank you to all the students, teachers and commitee members for another successful year with more children learning a beautiful language and hopefully keeping the language alive over the years to come.
