An absolutely amazing day at the Watford Partnership’s third and best ever summer conference with amazing sessions from past ECTs giving advice, Dan Fitzpatrick on AI in education and Jennifer Webb on Metacognition what an amazing day for all. Video of the day to follow.

We are super excited for our annual summer conference tomorrow (Friday) there has been a great buzz over the keynote speakers booked and we know so many of our ECTs and ITTs are excited to hear from Jenny Webb and Dan Fitzpatrick. See you all tomorrow at 11:45!

We had the pleasure of attending the recruitment fair hosted by Teach in Herts this week. Marie Parry from Rickmansworth School provided valuable advice to teachers on how to secure their first job, while Adam Baker from Parmiter's School shared information about the Watford Partnership
