MEET THE PRINCIPAL

Katie has been part of PQA since 2018!

She first joined the company as a lead creative in the head office team, developing projects for the network, training principals and delivering the West End shows.

"I have seen so many wonderful academies with the best communities, this made me want to return to my teaching roots and take on my own PQA."

She took over Watford AM and PM in October 2022 and has never looked back!
Creating opportunities for all of her fabulous students to thrive at PQA is her driving force. The best part of the day is seeing smiles at learning new skills or celebrating an achievement with your friends. The recognition of being seen for who you are, and finding your place!

In September 2025, she expanded her reach to Leighton Buzzard.
It was so exciting to open in a new location, with a new team and fantastic students.

Katie can't wait to start a new term, with new projects and amazing shows planned. It's jam-packed with PQA creations!
