Zumba really builds amazing communities, and I am so lucky to have made such wonderful friends through it.

Finally after weeks of talking about making this video we came together and did it last night 🤩💃🏻🥳
We had such a laugh and so much fun. We were also impressed it only took 2 takes 🙌🏼

I had so much fun running a Zumba warm up at the colour run fundraiser today for Abbots Langley Primary 💃🏻🎉🤩
Well done and thank you to all the children and adults that joined in the dancing 🙌🏼 You were amazing (and the incredible PTA that organised such a fantastic event). We also created the longest conga train I’ve ever been part of, so thank you to everyone that joined in.
Special thanks to my models for letting me take a snapshot of the event in their before and after photos 🥰 and to the very talented girls that showed me their awesome routine 👏🏻

What a MAGICAL ✨ masterclass 🤩 with and my ultimate favourite instructors 🥰🙌🏼
It was incredible to see and dance with them all in person and be part of the incredible atmosphere and vibe they created.

I could watch you dancing and singing along to this all day 🥰🤩 You have grown so much in confidence it’s incredible and I love dancing with you on the stage. (Although I do rely a lot on being able to see you to remind me of a lot of steps 😬😝🫣😂) 💕
