Today we’re proud to mark Safer Internet Day 2026, a global event promoting the safe, responsible, and positive use of digital technology for children and young people.

This year's focus is on 'Smart tech, safe choices – Exploring the safe and responsible use of AI’.

At our school, we are supporting this important day through dedicated ICT lessons on online safety, respectful digital behaviour, and how to recognise and respond to online risks. Pupils are exploring ways to protect their personal information, think critically about what they see online, and speak up if something doesn’t feel right.
