Due to increase in children now and in the next couple of months we need to hire new staff to join our team as soon as possible so:
We are looking for a passionate, nurturing and experienced Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 or above) to join our friendly, supportive team. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with 0–3-year-olds and has experience with babies 0-2

👶 About the Role
You will:
• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–3-year-olds
• Support children with additional needs, adapting activities and routines to meet individual developmental needs
• Build warm, secure relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Observe, assess and plan engaging activities in line with the EYFS
• Promote communication, emotional development, and independence
• Work closely with SENCOs, parents and outside professionals where required
• Help create a calm, inclusive and nurturing learning environment

🌟 We’re Looking For :
A Qualified Early Years Practitioner Level 3 or above
• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) – essential
• Proven experience working with 0–3-year-olds
• A patient, empathetic and child-centred approach
• Strong understanding of EYFS and inclusive practice
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for early childhood development
