Today was the day we celebrated our amazing school leavers! It was a day filled with smiles, laughter and tears as we sent them on there way to big school!

It has been a privilege for all of our staff to get to watch your children grow and blossom into the amazing little people that they are. For some, we have known them from babies and toddlers, and watched them though all the stages of young life and learning! For others, they joined in preschool and the change in just that time has been incredible!

A huge congratulations to Grace, our Employee of the Month at Woodberry Waterlooville Nursery! 🎉💚

Since joining the team, Grace has settled in so well and has truly embraced her role, giving it 110% every single day. She has thrown herself into nursery life, built beautiful bonds with both the children and her colleagues, and has become such a valued member of our team.

Commitment to staff wellbeing 💛

We know that working in early years is both rewarding and demanding, and making sure our team feel valued, supported, and appreciated is so important to us. Creating a positive, caring environment for our staff helps ensure they can continue to provide the very best care for our children.

This Easter, our management team organised a small gesture—Easter eggs for the team—as a way of saying thank you and recognising the incredible work that happens every day. 🐣🍫

It’s often the little things that remind people they matter, and we’re proud to be building a culture where wellbeing is always a priority.
