I don’t know who needs to hear this but Fridays are the perfect day to throw whatever you have in your fridge or pantry into muffin tins and serve them to your kids for dinner.

They will love it, and it never gets old.

(P.S. It’s okay if this meal isn’t perfectly balanced with carbs, protein, and fat. It’s one meal out of 21. The key is to keep it simple and give yourself a break!)

Hi everyone,

I thought I’d share this as I feel like this may be useful information for people on nights out, or for parents who may want to share with their children when they go out.

As an 18 year old who goes clubbing, I always have the feeling of unease walking home, so I always stick with a group and walk everyone home. A friend of mine lives like 5 minutes from me so we’re always the last two. But if you ever walk home alone at night (from a night out or not), this may be useful for you.

There times are:

Fridays & Saturdays: 19:00 - 03:00
Sundays: 19:00 - 01:00

Here, I have used the sheets on clipboards and added the wheel and colours to the middle shelf.
