Roundabouts of Cherry Hinton & Fulbourn

Today’s video is recorded with the aim of helping you navigate mini and medium-sized roundabouts in the Cambridge area around Cherry Hinton and Fulbourn.

You’ll see different types of roundabouts on different types of roads, with plenty of practical examples to help you understand the most important aspects of dealing with roundabouts.

We’ll look at:
• How to identify different types of roundabouts
• Understanding who has priority
• Making the correct judgement when approaching and entering a roundabout
• Choosing the correct lane
• Using your signals correctly
• Making safe and appropriate decisions while driving

UK Dual Carriageways: Everything You Need To Know

In today’s episode of “Do It Like Zairai” our YouTube series, we take you on a drive covering dual carriageways and everything you need to know to use them safely and confidently.

This video was recorded on a rainy day, giving us the opportunity to demonstrate how weather and road conditions can affect your driving, including why safe following distance becomes even more important in different conditions.

Starting from Milton Park & Ride, we head towards the A14, joining at Milton Roundabout and taking Exit 4. We then follow the signs towards Bedford (A428) while explaining and demonstrating important dual-carriageway skills along the way.

What you will learn in this video:

-How to join a dual carriageway safely
-Different types of slip roads
-How to use an acceleration lane
-How to safely merge into moving traffic
-Why your following distance matters, especially in wet or poor conditions
-How to safely overtake slower vehicles

Today, Zairai’s student Olivia Kantor made us incredibly proud by passing her driving test on her very first attempt!

Morning rush hour, heavy traffic, and challenging road conditions but Olivia stayed calm, focused, and in complete control.

Through consistent training, expert guidance, and relentless preparation, she delivered exactly when it mattered most.

First attempt. Test passed. Confidence earned.
