We had a wonderful morning celebrating our Year 6 leavers. Thank you to parents and carers for bringing the children to the event. Although it was sad to say goodbye, we know they are ready for their next adventure and can’t wait to see what they get up to! 🎉🎊🥳

🎉🎊Today we celebrated children with great attendance.
We celebrated, an impressive, 5 children across school with 100% attendance throughout the whole school year! These children were awarded with a £100 Amazon voucher to say well done; thank you to parents/carers for ensuring your child was in school every day!

We also celebrated children with an increased attendance from the Spring to Summer term. We put all names into a spinner before 3 children were picked as winners. These 3 children won a £20 Amazon voucher.

You’re off to great places. Today is your day. Your mountain is waiting… so get on your way!

This year we have adored watching the children in Blossom Class truly bloom! The children have had a year of growing, learning, laughing and smiling, day in and day out and it has been a pleasure to have watched them develop their wonderful personalities!

On Tuesday, we had our end of year trip to the bowling alley and all children participated in the game and showed great turn taking skills. Jade class have spent the week focussing on mark making using different tools and materials as well as exploring mixing paint to create new colours.

Scarlet Class had another fantastic educational visit today-this time to Tynemouth Aquarium! The children walked around the aquarium so well and enjoyed looking at the different animals for their Understanding the World topic. The children got to join in with the rock pool experience where they were able to touch a spiny starfish and a spiky sea urchin. They enjoyed looking at the River Giant exhibit before going through the Ocean Tunnel where they saw lots of fish swimming around- they even saw a shark go over their heads! They ended the visit with some time in the play park before getting back on the bus.

Wow! What a fantastic week we have had in Rainbow Class! 🌈

To start the week, the children had a fabulous time on their Pathway trip to the Fun Jungle. It was wonderful to see how much they enjoyed exploring the environment independently and engaging with the different play opportunities.

To end the week, we were treated to a visit from a live band, which the children absolutely loved! There was lots of smiling, dancing, and joining in with the music.

It was a fantastic way to finish a brilliant week! Well done, Rainbow! We are so proud of you all! ⭐🎶🌈
