WACA Sports Week is in full swing. Our pupils have been developing defensive skills, tactical awareness and teamwork, honing their swimming technique through creative challenges and putting fitness and ball skills to the test. A fantastic week so far already full of energy and sporting spirit.

Our holiday club is always full of surprises! Coming back together this week, the children have been showing their creative side as well as keeping cool. Footbaths and treasure hunts have been highlights.

SIDHANTH CROWNED U14 BRITISH CHESS CHAMPION - Having delivered an outstanding performance throughout the tournament, Sidhanth won both the Under-14 Rapidplay and Under-14 Standardplay competitions to secure the national title. Well done, Sidhanth. Your diligence, courage and hard work continues to bring well deserved accolades and success. You are a superstar!

Our swimming partnership with Aquatic 2012 CIC - Sussex has caught the attention of the BBC News. We were delighted to welcome BBC Sussex for a morning of filming as swimming lessons continued in our pool teaching children the essentials - swim competently, learn different strokes and safe self-rescue skills.
