Revision Tip for Paper 1 - write a list of language techniques to remind yourself what you need to identify for question 2. Do the same thing for question 3 - structural features. I have past papers for those wanting to practise under timed conditions or visit your exam board website.

Revision Tip: GCSE English Language Paper 1 question 5 - think about a structure that you can use for your story. Include: foreshadowing, contrast, flashback, circular structure, zoom in and zoom out and dialogue etc… This will help you gain marks for organisation.

1. Use cue cards to revise and remember language and structural features.
2. Organise and plan your time effectively with a timetable.
3. From your mocks- identify your strengths and weaknesses and plan specific revision tasks which up-skill your weaker responses.
