If you want an easy life, you’ve got to make hard decisions… 👇
If you avoid making hard decisions, you’ll give yourself a hard life.
The challenges you face right now probably won’t get easier.
You simply have to improve and get better at overcoming them.
You either choose the path of most resistance now and embrace the growth that comes with it…
Or you choose the path of least resistance and settle for the life you have right now.
If you want a hard life, make easy choices like:
• Watching another episode on Netflix before bed and allow that to eat into your rest and recovery time
• Snoozing your alarm every morning and getting your day off to a rushed start
• Not exercising & eating sh%t under the excuse of being too busy!
If you want an easy life, make the slightly harder [but far more rewarding] choices:
• Dedicating 3-4 hours over the entire week to exercise
• Swapping a mind-numbing Netflix series for a self-development podcast and pairing it with some steps
• Spending 30 minutes on a Sunday planning and prepping food for the week ahead
• Not saying ‘yes’ to every social and drinking occasion
• Waking up on time each day, no excuses

This week, I’ve been having some awesome conversations with my clients 👌
Some of them have been with me for 6+ months and others, only a matter of days!
I always love when busy parents first start working with me!
The initial few days are the most exciting for them
They’re always buzzing with inspiration and raring to go 💪🏼
One thing I do always cover with anyone I work with, is managing their expectations
I know how great it feels to feel in control of your health and feel like you’re just going to boss everything that comes your way
But I also know how it feels to get disheartened at certain points
Moments when things don’t feel like they’re going your way can really knock you
I think it’s important to be aware that progress is never linear
There will always be sticking points, little challenges or problems you’ll face on the way
How you handle them will determine your success
