Meet Mike Duxbury, one of the UK’s only blind farmers, breaking barriers and inspiring the next generation! From his time at Moreton Morrell College to co-founding Inclusive Farm, Mike is proving that disabilities are no obstacle to a successful career in agriculture.

John Sharlot, a visually impaired student at the college, is following in his footsteps. After three years studying agriculture, John’s confidence and skills are growing thanks to hands-on experience at Mike’s Inclusive Farm.
