Glimpse of Chirstmas Staff Party
A strong learning centre is built on more than worksheets and routines it’s built on people.

At **Kumon Warwick Centre**, I am incredibly fortunate to have a team that brings patience, care, and commitment into the classroom every single day. Their behind-the-scenes efforts, gentle guidance, and constant encouragement make a world of difference to our students and their progress.

They understand that every child learns differently, and they take the time to support each one with kindness and respect. Their dedication creates an environment where children feel confident, supported, and motivated to learn.

The calm, welcoming, and structured atmosphere our families experience is a direct reflection of this wonderful team. I am deeply grateful for everything they do not just during classes, but throughout the year.

Thank you for your hard work, your heart, and for being the foundation of our centre. 💙

I’d like to share a few insights from the recent **Kumon Conference in Madrid** 🇪🇸✨. One of the most inspiring highlights was meeting instructors who have been serving for **25 and even 35 years** 🎖️. Watching them receive well deserved recognition and hearing their one-on-one success stories was truly motivating.

A remarkable story came from **Ms. Jannani**, who runs a centre in India with over **20,000 students** 🇮🇳📚. Listening to how she manages her students and team really brought the conference theme **“Stronger Together”**

Another special moment was the **Global Student Conference** 🌍🎓, where students from around the world shared their learnings. I’m delighted to share that **two of our own students, Aarav and Cheuk**, attended and proudly represented our centre 👏⭐. I’m sure it was an incredible learning opportunity for them.

One particularly inspirational story was about an **8-year-old student from Spain** who completed the entire Kumon programme the youngest to do so! 🏆📘 He shared how Kumon is helping him work toward his dream of becoming a **scientist one day** 🔬💡. Stories like these are wonderful to share with our children they might spark great motivation!
I did share this with students in class too yesterday.
Throughout the conference, there was so much learning, networking, and connecting with Kumon management and instructors from around the world 🌐🤗. I’m excited to bring these insights back to our centre and implement new ideas. I even managed to explore the beautiful streets of Madrid it was truly lovely ❤️🏙️.
