The young people accessing the WCG Drive programme will take on 3 core GCSEs plus a Level 1 or 2 qualification in either Engineering or Motor Vehicle. We are looking for experienced individuals to support these young students as they:

❌ Struggle in mainstream school environments
❌ Want a more practical or vocational style of learning
❌ Need a smaller, more supportive setting

This is the place for you if you want to:
✔ Make a meaningful impact on students aged 14–16
✔ Be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team
✔ Work in a dynamic, alternative education setting

🚛 The Equine Centre has space for one more loan horse!

🐴We would like to hear from owners who perhaps find it difficult to meet their horses needs whilst juggling work, family and the dark mornings and nights
🐴 Or owners who are financially struggling to fund their horse's care. Our Centre does not charge for stable rent, bedding, hay, hard feed or basic farriery
🐴Or owners who are heading off to boarding school or university and need somewhere to safe and well run to look after their horse

If you and your child haven’t had chance to visit our college, or you’d like some extra reassurance before they start in September, come along to one of our Drop In & Discover Days.

We’ll be opening our doors on Thursday 20th and Friday 21st August, 10am-3pm. It’s the perfect chance to explore our facilities, meet tutors, find out about the support available and ask any last-minute questions.

🐾 Inspiring the next generation of veterinary professionals! 🩺

We were delighted to attend the Royal Norfolk Show – the UK's largest two-day agricultural show, which this year even welcomed a visit from HRH The Princess Royal, Princess Anne.

With the theme 'Hidden Worlds: From Microbes to Megawatts', the show gave visitors the opportunity to explore the fascinating science behind veterinary medicine.

Our very own Victoria Bowes-Keegan RVN represented the college, engaging children and young people through hands-on activities including exploring canine anatomy and investigating microbes under the microscope.

The interactive experiences sparked plenty of curiosity, with many young visitors asking questions about veterinary nursing, career pathways and how they could pursue a future in the profession.

We're proud to support events that inspire the next generation of animal care professionals and showcase the exciting opportunities available within veterinary medicine.
