Tae Kwon Do (TAGB) The Tiger Program is a detailed curriculum that focuses on improving children’s basic motor skills.

These skills will help them enter society with a more confident and enthusiastic outlook. They will become better students at school, better listeners at home and more ambitious towards the future. Our program will enhance positive development in a fun and motivating way. They will learn to work with others and follow direction from our Instructors, who are specifically trained to work with children. Our Tiger program helps your child to focus, and gives them skills to achieve any goal they set in life.

🥋 Another busy week working with lots of fantastic primary schools 🥋

We love taking Tae Kwon Do into schools and introducing children to the benefits of Tae Kwon Do — building confidence, discipline, resilience, coordination and self-belief. 💪

🥋🏆 Huge well done to our very own Ayla — Scottish Champion! 🥇 in girls black belt sparring

And a fantastic silver medal for Caillen! 🥈👏in boys red belt sparring!

Both Ayla and Caillen train consistently hard in class, always give their best and are fantastic role models to others. They also give their time to help out at the club, which makes their achievements even more special.

🥋SEPTEMBER RESET 💪🔥

September always feels like a fresh start!

The summer holidays are coming to an end, routines are kicking back in and it’s the perfect time to get back to training, refocus and set yourself some new goals. 🥋

You don’t need to be fit, flexible, strong or experienced. You just need to turn up and have a go. Our beginners start exactly where everyone else once did.

You don’t need to change everything overnight. Small improvements, repeated consistently, are what make great martial artists.

So whether you’re returning to training or trying it for the very first time…
