Last week, we proudly welcomed more than 130 young musicians from across the region to the Warwick Schools Foundation inaugural Summer Orchestra Course, marking a highly successful launch for the new musical experience.

The two-day courses brought together children aged 7-16 from over 30 schools, providing an inspiring opportunity for young instrumentalists to continue developing their musical skills outside of term time.

Participants rehearsed and performed as part of either the Beginner or Intermediate Orchestra, with experienced music tutors from the Foundation in the outstanding music facilities. The courses culminated in a celebratory performance for family and friends, showcasing the progress made over the two days.

Following the success of the inaugural event, plans are already underway for the next Warwick Schools Foundation Orchestra Course, offering even more young musicians the opportunity to experience the excitement and benefits of ensemble music-making.

🐿️ We welcomed parents to Warwick Prep School this morning for our Community Coffee Morning in support of the Warwick Schools Foundation Giving Day Igniting Futures campaign.

🐿️ Parents enjoyed delicious coffee and cakes and had the opportunity to catch up with friends and Warwick Prep School staff while celebrating how the Foundation changes lives through the power of education and raising money to continue making a difference.

⭐ The Year 6 girls celebrated the end of their time at Warwick Prep School with a wild production of Madagascar Jr.

⭐ After only a few weeks of rehearsals, they took to the stage to deliver an incredible performance to a packed audience of parents, grandparents and family members. With outstanding acting, superb singing (I Like to Move It was a huge hit!) and energetic choreography, the girls showcased the value of teamwork, resilience and friendship.

⭐ We are incredibly grateful to everyone who helped bring the production to life, both on stage and behind the scenes.

⭐ What a wonderful way for Year 6 to celebrate the end of their Warwick Prep adventure before embarking on their next chapter.
