π Itβs Mental Health Awareness Week π§
Mental Health matters every day and this week is a reminder to check in with ourselves and those around us. Small actions like talking openly, taking breaks, getting outside or simply asking someone how they are doing can make a real difference. Remember, you do not have to struggle alone and support is always available.
A few simple things that may help:
π Take time away from screens and get some fresh air
π Talk to someone you trust about how you are feeling
π Make time for rest and things you enjoy
π Check in on friends, family and colleagues
π Be kind to yourself and others

This reflects the care, attention and high standards we put into every placement. Ensuring the schools and families we support receive fully vetted, high-quality staff who always put the needs of the children first.
A special shout out to Neville, Megan and all of the Durham Team who once again, have smashed it and continue to do so every single day ππ
