We are absolutely delighted to be able to share some very special news with you.
Following our first Ofsted inspection on 13th August 2026, just 10 months after Warsash Early Years Centre was registered, we have received an incredibly amazing report, achieving Strong Standard across every area inspected, alongside confirmation that our safeguarding standards are met.
For a setting that has only been open for such a short time, we cannot begin to tell you how incredibly proud we are of this achievement.
Ofsted recognised so many of the things that we work hard to achieve every day. They described our leaders as "passionate", recognised the high-quality support and training provided to our team, and highlighted the strength of our relationships with families.
Most importantly, the report reflects what life is like for the children at Warsash. Ofsted described it as a "vibrant setting" where children learn joyously, become curious, creative and confident, and benefit from high-quality interactions with trusted staff. They also recognised the warm, home-from-home atmosphere created through the excellent relationships between our team and our families.
We are particularly proud that every single area inspected was judged to be a Strong Standard – meaning that, in Ofsted's words, "leaders are working above the standard expected of them."
This achievement belongs to our entire Warsash team. They have worked incredibly hard over the past 10 months to establish the nursery, build relationships with our children and families and create the provision that we are so proud of today. We couldn't be prouder of them.
We also want to say a huge thank you to all of our families. You trusted us with your children when Warsash was brand new, and your support, feedback and partnership have played such an important part in what we have achieved.
Ten months in, and what an incredible start.
Thank you for being part of it.
With love and enormous pride, The Warsash Early Years Team!
