This week we will be covering:
- introducing allergens/ moving up and down allergen ladders
- Ways to present smaller foods to ensure exposure to food taste and texture
- incorporating baby sign into meal times
- other weaning topics specifically tailored to our small groups needs!

You will receive a recipe every week and ongoing weaning support in between our sessions.

This class is designed to give both you and you baby the confidence to explore new tastes and textures with the support of other parents going through exactly the same thing.
