We are pleased to be welcoming leaders from Fox Wood School, who will be sharing information about their Specialist SEND Post-16 offer, which will be based at the Peace Centre from Autumn 2026.

They will provide an overview of:
✅ Curriculum pathways
✅ Linked accreditation opportunities
✅ What students and families can expect from the provision

Health partners will also be attending to explain the health and therapeutic support available for post-16 learners.

This is a great opportunity to find out more, ask questions, and connect with professionals supporting young people with SEND as they prepare for adulthood.

We look forward to seeing you there! 💚

Indigo Class visited Acorn Farm today and had a fantastic time exploring and meeting all of the wonderful animals! 🐷🐐🐑

Throughout the visit, pupils enjoyed getting up close to a variety of animals, learning about their different characteristics, identifying the sounds they make, and discovering what they like to eat. Well done everyone!

MEETING 1 IS HAPPENING TONIGHT!!!
(Apologies for the capitals, but just trying to grab attention!)

We have been sent this by our friends from REALLL Support - they have apologised for the late notice about this evening, but there's also a meeting on Friday morning - and they'd love to see you either tonight (with pizza) or on Friday(with breakfast bites) if you're able to make it!

Hello everyone,
You're invited to join us at our next meetings:
📅 Monday 15th at 6:30pm
📅 Friday 19th at 10:00am
A likely hot topic on the agenda will be SEND transport.
To be honest, two of our directors are currently dealing with SEND transport issues themselves and are feeling frustrated, stressed and worried about the situation. We've also heard from quite a few other parents too! It seems to be a challenge that many families face year after year, one of our directors is 10 years into having issues and if we're honest, we don't really understand why it keeps happening either!
Whether you're looking for advice, want to share your experiences, hear what others are going through, or simply need a safe space to have a rant, we'd love you to come along.
We also like to share information about the upcoming Warrington Parent Carer Meeting on 10th July, where plans for post-16 transport will be discussed with professionals from the transport team. If post-16 transport is something that affects your family now or in the future, this will be a great opportunity to hear what's being proposed and to understand how parent carers can have their voices heard.
We're also delighted to welcome Safe & Snappy to our Friday morning meeting. They'll be telling us all about a fantastic app they've created and how it can support families.
And because no meeting is complete without food:
🍕 Pizza will be served at the Monday evening meeting
🥐Breakfast bites will be available on Friday morning
We'd love to see as many parent carers as possible, please share and bring a friend with you!
See you there!

This week, pupils across the school have been spreading cheer through a range of Random Acts of Kindness, led by our Kindness Champions. 🦊 🥰

From helping to empty recycling bags for classes, to creating thoughtful cards and colourful pictures for staff, our pupils have been finding simple but meaningful ways to brighten someone else's day. Some even made toast or biscuits for their friends, showing that small gestures can make a big difference.

It has been wonderful to see so many acts of kindness taking place throughout the school, demonstrating care, consideration and community spirit! What a lovely week! 🥰

The Inclusion Starts With Us team have asked us to share their upcoming celebration 🎉 We are so pleased to see this project come to fruition - well done to Nathan-Jack and the team!

The Inclusion Starts With Us team would like to invite the whole community to our Red Ribbon Event at Victoria Park in Latchford, Warrington, where our communication board campaign has finally come to life.

This special moment will be supported by Public Health Warrington Council, and the ribbon will be cut by Nathan‑Jack, the founder of Inclusion Starts With Us, whose lived experience inspired the project from the very beginning.

The event takes place on 18th June at 4:30pm, and everyone is welcome to come along, celebrate with us, and see how these new communication boards will help children, young people, and families across Warrington support their children to communicate on local parks.

11/06/2026

Reminder: Pupils and staff are invited to wear their own choice of clothes tomorrow (Friday 12th June) in return for a bottle donation for the Summer Extravaganza, thank you for your support! 🦊
