Charlotte Reid Registered Childminder Children are my passion; i aim to provide a safe and secure environment where your child can feel at home.

Children can enjoy a wide range of experinces in my setting, allowing them to learn lifelong skills that will get them ready for school and for the future. I am qualified to Level 6 Early Years Professional status and hold a 2:1 honours degree in Primary Education, specialising in Children's Development and Learning. I worked in a local nursery for many years before becoming a Childminder.

It was back to work last week! The children returned and enjoyed exploring all of the new toys in the setting, settling back into routine and getting to know our newest mini member of the gang!

There was lots of outdoor play, walks to the park, splashing in puddles, water and sand play and sensory play 💦 We had a very busy week! Now that the children have settled back in, we are back to groups this week and meeting up with all of our childminder friends ❤️

🌟 After taking a short break on maternity leave, I have been getting ready to return to work on Wednesday 2nd Sept 🌟

My family and I (including our new addition, baby Harriet 👶🏻❤️) are looking forward to welcoming back all of the children and their families into our home. We are looking forward to lots more fun and adventures over the next school year 🌟

It's bitter sweet for me today as I start my maternity leave waiting for little baby Reid to arrive ❤️ Saying goodbye to a few of the children has been hard, as they will be moving on to primary school and school nursery in September when I return. I am so lucky to have such amazing, supportive families and the BEST children that I get to spend my days with and somehow call it "work". Thank you so much to all of the parents, children, and Childminder friends for the beautiful cards, flowers, gifts and vouchers. Cards filled with such lovely words that have left me feeling very emotional and grateful to have been able to be a part of all of my little people's start in life and to welcome them into our home as a part of the family. We are truly grateful and cannot wait to update you all once our baby arrives 👶🏻🥹

Today we say farewell to one of our gorgeous little friends, as she embarks on her next journey in school nursery and big school in September 🥹 You have grown so much during your time here and have made so many lovely memories with all of your friends.
