Are you a qualified counsellor or psychotherapist looking to **develop the confidence and skills to work therapeutically with couples?**

Our **Certificate in Working with Couples** is an intensive, experiential training programme designed to help you develop the knowledge, practical skills and confidence needed to work with couple relationships.

Grounded in **psychodynamic and systemic approaches**, the course explores the complexities of couple dynamics while giving you opportunities to put your learning into practice through discussion, case work, skills practice and role play.

Across the three modules, we'll explore areas including:

• Couple dynamics and relational patterns
• Attachment and object relations
• Systemic theory and genograms
• Communication and couple conflict
• Affairs and relationship ruptures
• S*x and intimacy
• Blended families and separation
• Split agendas, domestic abuse and ethical dilemmas
• Applying theory to your clinical practice
