All About Reset & Rise Retreats.
26/12/2023
'Tis the season to be jolly, but for many, the holiday season can also bring a considerable amount of stress. The hustle and bustle of Christmas preparations, family gatherings, and the pressure to make everything perfect can leave us feeling overwhelmed. As we usher in the New Year, January often brings its own set of challenges, commonly known as the "January blues" or the post-holiday slump.
If you're finding yourself caught in the whirlwind of holiday stress and facing the January abyss, worry not, because there's an empowering solution on the horizon. In 2024, I am thrilled to introduce my Reset and Rise Retreats, specially designed for women who are seeking to refocus, recalibrate, and prioritize their wants, needs, and self-care.
Understanding the Holiday Stress:
The holiday season, while joyous, can also be a source of stress due to various factors. From the pressure to create picture-perfect celebrations to managing family dynamics and the inevitable year-end rush, it's easy to feel stretched thin. This stress often carries over into January, leaving many with a sense of fatigue and the infamous January blues.
Science has now show that having something to look forward to can help with low mood, motivation and sense of purpose.
My retreats offer a unique and transformative experience for women. The Reset and Rise Retreats are crafted to provide a sanctuary for self-discovery, empowerment, and rejuvenation. These retreats aim to help women reconnect with themselves, set meaningful goals for the year ahead, and establish sustainable self-care practices.
What to Expect:
Fun and Adventure: We go to quiet, remote places in the safety of a group so we can explore the world around us, taking in it's beautiful while letting our hair down.
Self-Reflection and Goal Setting: Participants will engage in guided self-reflection sessions to identify their aspirations, desires, and goals for the upcoming year. The retreat provides a supportive environment for women to articulate their dreams and create a roadmap for success.
Holistic Wellness Practices: From yoga and meditation to spa treatments and nutritious meals, the retreats focus on nurturing the mind, body, and soul. The goal is to equip participants with tools for maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle beyond the retreat.
Community and Connection: Building a community of like-minded women is an integral part of the Reset and Rise Retreats. Participants will have the opportunity to connect, share experiences, and forge meaningful connections that extend beyond the duration of the retreat.
Personalized Self-Care Plans: Every woman is unique, and so are her self-care needs. The retreats include personalized consultations to help participants design individualized self-care plans that cater to their specific wants and needs.
Why Reset and Rise Retreats?
In a world that often demands our constant attention and energy, taking the time to reset and rise is a powerful act of self-love. These retreats are not just a getaway; they are a transformative journey designed to empower women to reclaim their lives and prioritize their well-being.
As we bid farewell to the stress of the holidays and step into a new year, let the Reset and Rise Retreats be your guiding light. Embrace 2024 with focus, intention, and a commitment to your own well-being. After all, you deserve to reset, rise, and shine.

WE DID IT!
Collectively we walked 98,107 steps.
Today was such a great experience. After training clients online for so long it was nice to have a rare and socially distanced few hours in the sunshine walking for such a great cause!
It's not too late to donate.
We've managed to smash our target, but anything else would really help in order to give the Alzheimers Society more money to fight against the battle of this terrible disease.
This will be open until 20th September
BIG thank you to all of those who have donated already! You are superstars!

I N T E G R I T Y
The one thing our Government don't seem to have right now.
I can't help but feel really let down by our Government and it's current climate right now.
How can you in one hand can you be launching a scheme to help the UK population tackle obesity in the July but then roll out a 'Eat Out to Help Out' ion the August.
Yes, I know that we need to help our economy grow and build it back up.
However, if they were serious about wanting to help people tackle obesity, especially as they have been shown to have a greater chance of suffering complications with Covid 19
Then why are they rolling out a 'Work Out to Help Out' scheme?
Surely this would not only benefit those who need the lifestyle change but also the gyms and fitness industry who our also really struggling after being closed for longer that chains like McDonalds, who let's be honest, people will be eating at regardless.
I just think actions speak louder than words, and our Government are not showing us that they actually care about peoples health....
