Just a reminder to all parents and carers.
For the safety of the children, we ask that parents/ carers wait outside in the designated drop-off/collection area and a staff member will bring your child to you.
To maintain a secure environment, all drop-offs and pick-ups will now happen at the designated area outside (the main door).
We have a new procedure to ensure the safety of all our children. Please help us by calling our contact number (07719184860) when you're outside and ready for collection waiting in the designated zone outside. A staff member will bring your child to you.
Please help us maintain a secure entry for our preschool and breakfast/ Link club. Parents and carers are asked to use the designated drop-off and collection point. Staff will be there to manage the handovers. This is with immediate effect.
Why this is important??
Child safety: Keeping unauthorized individuals out of the building protects the children in our care.
Staff responsibility: It clearly defines the role of staff in ensuring a secure handover.
Clear expectations: A new, consistent policy reduces confusion and ensures all parents follow the same procedure.
