Dance has always been my passion and after quite a few years of teaching dance and taking part in many fitness classes I found Zumba and never looked back. It helped me get back into shape after having my children, get fit, enjoy exercise, escape from every day stresses and have FUN! This is why being a Zumba instructor is perfect for me. If you want to get fit, burn lots of calories and have fun

In July my adult dance class performed at our annual show.
After months of rehearsals, they absolutely smashed it.
So proud of them! 🤩

We’d love to welcome newbies if you fancy coming along and giving it a go.

We start back on Tuesday 15th September 8-9pm at Hood Manor Community Centre, Great Sankey.

Suitable for anyone who’d like to learn Street/Freestyle dance routines in a fun and friendly environment.
Optional performance opportunities.
Minimum age 16.
