⭐️Job Advertisement: Alternative Provision Manager⭐️

Location: Based across Kip McGrath Lymm, Newton-le-Willows, and Culcheth (working at different centres depending on the day)
Hours: 20 hours per week, Term Time Only
Pay: £14 per hour

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Alternative Provision Manager to join our team and support the smooth running of our centres in Lymm, Newton-le-Willows, and Culcheth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills who is passionate about helping children access the education they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing daily timetables across centres
• Coordinating staffing and allocating hours for new team members
• Monitoring attendance and sending attendance-related emails
• Preparing and submitting reports on children’s progress and provision
• Acting as the key point of contact between the centres and the local authority
• Ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency across all sites

Requirements:

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience in educational administration, alternative provision, or similar roles (desirable but not essential)
• Confidence in liaising with staff, parents, and local authority representatives
• Proficiency with IT systems (email, spreadsheets, reports)

What We Offer:

• £14 per hour
• 20 hours per week, term time only
