Sincere apologies everyone but due to some urgent family commitments I can not avoid and have to prioritise right now there will be NO KIDS CLASS at Optimum today or any PTs. Iv received a call at early hours with an urgent family issue that I can not avoid and have to prioritie at the moment. Anyone who had a PT booked today please message me and I will reschedule your session booking and give you a free session as it is not your fault out of my hands. I will be fully available all next week Monday to Friday and next Saturday so i can definitely re book you no problem. I know this isn't ideal but please bare with me on this one everyone and I can't apologise enough. Please message me to re book and I will het back to you as soon as possible over the weekend.
