Struggling with motivation?
We all need support from time to time đź’™ and Monday's can be especially difficult for some.

How often do you stop and take stock of just how far you've come on your journey?
When I was first asked this by a coach I wasn't sure I could answer it. I hadn't really, and that spoke volumes to me. Quite often we are so focused on the road to our goals that we neglect the journey we've already taken.
When I did stop and take notice you want to know what I realised.... I'd come a long way!
Yes, I still had those niggling doubts about my future goals, the 'am I good enough', 'am I worthy of the success' but now I also had the motivation from the knowledge I'd come a long way and ACHIEVED so much already!

This is just one exercise I used in a recent Manager Training session for a client. It's a great way, as individuals to reflect on your practices as a manager, and in a group setting the feedback can be amazing, it can also be brutally honest so be prepared for that too!

If you could take a coffee break with anyone, who would it be and why?
I've been really thinking about this one today, and if I'm honest I'm starting to overthink it to suggest someone really incredible. When actually the most important people I'd love to take a break with are those close to me that I perhaps, don't spend as much time with as I should.
