Academy Focus – Beamont Collegiate Academy

As their inaugural event, Warrington’s new Members of Youth Parliament (MYPs) were invited to attend the first St George’s Day flag-raising event at Warrington Town Hall. They met elected members of Warrington Borough Council along with public officials and given a private tour of the Town Hall. Following this they were invited to visit the Mayor’s chamber, where they were asked to sign the Mayor’s guest book and had the opportunity to ask questions with the Mayor and the Head of the Council.

Fantastic morning with Tcat Parliament. Brilliant Q&A with Labour MP Sarah Hall and councillor Nathan Sudworth. Also well done to our very own Eire Kneafsey, just been elected Member of youth parliament for Warrington North.

Our mini Christmas concert at Heart Space brought music, smiles and festive spirit to a wonderful community setting.
