School has been buzzing today as the children took part in our exciting STEM House Day!

A huge thank you to the Cavendish Nuclear team for organising such engaging activities. The children had a fantastic time exploring, experimenting and solving problems together.

We certainly have a lot of budding scientists and engineers in our midst!

Our Year 6 children — very soon to be Year 7 — had an amazing time at their leavers’ “Gorstonbury” festival last Thursday! 🎪🎶

The parents who organised the event had thought of absolutely everything: a disco, pizza, a water fight, an ice cream van, candy floss, cakes and so many other activities.

It was a wonderful way to celebrate the children and everything they have achieved during their time at Gorse Covert. We are incredibly proud of them all and wish them every success and happiness as they move on to the next chapter of their journey. 💙

A huge thank you to everyone who helped to organise such a memorable evening for them.

They also had a great time on the inflatables and Mr Keen *definitely* won all the races today!

What an absolute triumph! 🏆
This week, our Year 6 pupils took to the stage for their production of ‘Mission Implausible’ and they did not disappoint. The sheer enthusiasm and joy they brought to their roles made every one of their performances memorable.
To see them support each other, deliver their lines with such confidence, and shine so brightly was the perfect way to celebrate their final year with us. They were truly excellent! 🌟❤️
