Two things can be true at the same time…

In our Sandy Lane, Stockton Heath class, the Bridgewater pupils experienced top class, exam focused tuition whilst enjoying a visit from my house rabbit, Scotty! 🐾🐾🐾

So yes, GCSE Science, Maths and English can take place whilst children remain fully focused and are treated to a royal visit at the same time.

We are aware that, after a full day at school, it can be a big ask to extend the day with additional educational focus.

But at Conexus, we are committed to making that experience memorable on every level. 💜

Wednesday afternoon is A level afternoon…

For the record A level Biology is delivered by Lorna, a highly experienced biology teacher and exam marker.

Her TA is Jules the dog! 🐾🤣🤣🤣

We are delighted to announce a brand new summer collaboration between Conexus Tuition and Lymm RUFC.

This exciting summer programme combines rugby, English and maths to keep children active, engaged and learning throughout the school holidays.

Children will enjoy a unique blend of classroom learning and on pitch rugby coaching throughout the day, moving between English and maths sessions and rugby activities delivered by experienced coaches from Lymm RUFC.

Half learning, half rugby, all designed to build confidence, skills and teamwork.

Delivered by fully qualified teachers from Conexus Tuition and experienced coaches from Lymm RUFC, children will receive expert support both in the classroom and on the pitch.

The dictionary says preparation is ‘the process of getting something ready for use or for a particular purpose or making arrangements for something.’

Preparation with Conexus is the process of getting your child ready for their exams!

We are exam focused, because we know it’s often not the subject knowledge that’s the problem, it’s how to write that content down for the exam.

We’ll work with your child in the lead up to their SATs, mocks and GCSEs so that when they walk into their exam room, it’s not like a surprise party.

They’ll be prepared and confident to tackle whatever the exam paper throws at them.

'Why I like the Conexus model is that I know in the two hours he is there, it is probably the same as five hours pretending to study in his room!'

This is true, pupils who come to our sessions are here for two hours and in that time our most popular model is that of the triangulation of the 40 mins of English, Maths and Science.

We don't follow pre-prepared booklets or online programmes.

Our tutors either, mark, teach or even set the exam questions and as such we model the exam techniques needed to answer the questions in the exam.

We work smart and effectively in maximising the grades your child needs to pass by showing them the quick wins to achieve just that.
