Yoga time at nursery - supporting balance, coordination, and body awareness through simple, playful movement 🧘♀️
It’s also a great way for children to slow down, build focus, and develop early self-regulation skills, helping them feel more settled and ready to learn.
These small moments of calm and movement contribute to both physical development and emotional wellbeing, all within a familiar, supportive environment 🌿

At Rosebank Day Nursery, our little gardeners have been busy planting in the allotment 🌱🥕
Gardening helps children develop patience, responsibility, teamwork, and confidence while encouraging curiosity about the world around them.
We can’t wait to watch our vegetables grow and see all their hard work bloom over the coming weeks! 🌼🍅

Busy on the climbing frame!
Lots of climbing, balancing and taking on new challenges. Activities like this help build strength, coordination and confidence, while the children have fun and support each other through play.
A great afternoon outdoors🌿

The children have been busy planting potatoes in our allotment 🥔🌱
Hands in the soil, lots of teamwork, and plenty of excitement as we tucked them in ready to grow. Planting helps children learn where food comes from, how things grow, and the importance of caring for the world around them.
We can’t wait to see our potatoes start growing soon and watch the children’s excitement as they see the first signs of progress! 💚
