Could not believe these photos when they came in
Some huge differences from one of my girls and I couldnโt be prouder ๐ฅน
This girls journey has not been linear right from the get go - which makes these photos even more special
A lot has happened personally to her and to be honest would make most forget themselves and hold off their health

Throughout the hard times, sheโs been consistent with what she ๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐น๐ฑ do - instead of being frustrated with what she ๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐น๐ฑ๐ปโ๐ do
Sheโs kept communicating with me, and we adapted to ensure she was still working on herself ๐ซถ๐ฝ

These photos for me are taken around 10-12 years apart

Iโm not saying it will take you years to get your results. What Iโm saying is it took me a long time to get these results - ๐ฃ๐ถ๐ต ๐โ๐ท๐ฆ ๐ฎ๐ข๐ช๐ฏ๐ต๐ข๐ช๐ฏ๐ฆ๐ฅ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ฎ ๐ค๐ฝ

This is one of the most common things I hear when speaking to people on the gym floor
๐ Iโm going to give up bread
๐ท I need to give up carbs
๐ด Iโm reducing my carbs to lose weight
But will giving carbs up help you lose fat?

Carbs are great for energy, and if you enjoy them - whatโs the use in giving them up for a week like you always do then going back to them? ๐
You could give up carbs, eat in a calorie surplus and still GAIN weight - because itโs allll about calories
Why donโt you try this instead if youโre looking for fat loss:
๐ข Find out what your calorie deficit is (Message over โแดแดสแดสษชแด๊ฑโ and I will help you with this)
๐ฝ๏ธ Plan your meals so youโre getting a good mixture of veg/fruit, protein and include your favourite carbs
๐ Stop demonising food and labelling them โgoodโ or โbadโ
Trust me when I say the above ๐๐ฝ will make you get results longer term (๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐ฒ๐ถ๐ช๐ค๐ฌ๐ฆ๐ณ) than binning the bread because you will become ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ and not be ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ณ ๐ค
Also if you want energy to run after your kids, if you want to incorporate exercise and if you want to not hate your life - carbs are needed ๐๐ฝ

Hereโs the boring facts about getting healthy:
โ No-ones progress is linear
๐ข Weight WILL fluctuate
๐ซต๐ฝ It does require effort
๐ฅ You donโt have to live and breathe salad/the gym
๐คท๐ฝโโ๏ธ Not every day will go how you want it to
โฐ It takes ๐ต๐ช๐ฎ๐ฆ to work on habits - but ๐ฑ๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ค๐ฆ to actually build and incorporate them as part of your lifestyle
Every day you have a s**t day at work, do you quit?

You deal with it, and go back in the next day

๐ Did she extreme detox?
๐ Did she take Susanโs fat burning tablets?
๐ Did she do 45 sit ups on the hour every hour?
Obviously not.

โฐ Knew that results take time, so was patient and got her head down
All of the above meant she was consistent, as she enjoyed the exercise and wasnโt on a diet

Also, doing hours upon hours of classes per evening wonโt get you it either
