๐ŸŽ’๐ŸŒฒ Robinwood Adventures Complete! ๐ŸŒฒ๐ŸŽ’

What an unforgettable stay our Year 6 Class of 2026 have had at Robinwood! From climbing, canoeing and zip wires to teamwork challenges and conquering fears, every child has shown incredible courage, resilience and determination.

We are so proud of the way they supported one another, stepped outside their comfort zones and created memories that will last a lifetime. The laughter, friendships and achievements weโ€™ve witnessed have been truly special.

This residential has been a fantastic reminder of just how much they have grown and how ready they are for the exciting journey ahead.

Well done, Year 6 โ€“ youโ€™ve been amazing! โญ

Year 6 Residential โ€“ Day 2 ๐Ÿงณ

Today was packed with adventure, teamwork and plenty of smiles. The children put their problem-solving skills to the test during raft building, working together to design and build rafts before taking them onto the water. They also enjoyed canoeing, developing confidence and teamwork as they paddled across the lake.

The excitement continued with the zip line, where everyone showed great courage and determination, and a visit to the dungeons, which provided lots of laughs and memorable moments.

It has been fantastic to see the children challenging themselves, supporting one another and making the most of every opportunity. We are incredibly proud of their enthusiasm, resilience and positive attitude throughout the day.

We canโ€™t wait to see what tomorrow brings! ๐Ÿ›ถ๐Ÿ›ฉ๏ธ๐ŸŒฒโœจ

Northern Community Gaelic Games Event ๐Ÿ

On Friday, our pupils represented St Monicaโ€™s at the Northern Community Gaelic Games event. We are incredibly proud of every child who took part. Their enthusiasm, teamwork, sportsmanship and determination were outstanding throughout the day and they were fantastic ambassadors for our school.

The children did St Monicaโ€™s proud and should be very proud of their achievements.

A special thank you to Mr and Mrs Teague for organising this wonderful opportunity, and to Mrs Hubbard for accompanying and supporting the children throughout the event.

Well done to everyone involved! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’›

๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ We had a very special visitor in Year 6 today โ€“ a racing pigeon!

Our feathered friend also joined us for afternoon assembly, much to everyoneโ€™s delight.

We were able to trace its owner, who is based in Northern Ireland. The pigeon will be well looked after while it rests and recovers before being released to continue its journey home.

The children loved meeting such an unexpected guest! ๐Ÿ˜Š
