No kids Thai boxing class today at Optimum unfortunately. Sorry for any inconvenience. There will be a class Thursday at 6pm this coming week to make up for today's class being off for anyone who can make that. If not all back to normal next Saturday. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Just a polite notice to everyone who trains at the gym for either classes in the busy evening hours or any class times. To help reduce the numbers as best as possible with everything going on and the fact that there are so many other businesses running in the building along side the gym we are now asking people who come to train at the gym or parents to please pick up and drop off only. The gym entrance is only small and we can not maintain a social distance way of seating in our gym entrance. We therefore ask anyone who is not training to please drop of and pick up only from today to reduce numbers stood in the gym doorway. Should any parent or guardian of any children training have any issues with this we can assure you that your child will be absolutely fine in our care at the gym until you pick them up. And the forms we hand to you will have all your contact details should we need to contact you for any reason during the lesson. We have full cctv running on the training matts at all times and can and will always ensure the people training are safe should anything have to be reviewed. We know this situation is not always ideal but due to the building having a lot of different businesses aswel as ours we all have to do our part to make sure we can maintain a social distance in the gym doorway. If thats what it takes to stay open and have no complaints that's how we will do it. Thank you all so much for your understanding and Cooperation. Optimum are Happy to announce the date of our first interclub after running a few checks on when we will be able to run one with no issues the interclub will now be on Sunday 11th July! For adults and juniors and all gyms welcome to send names and details of their students who wish to take part! All BOUTS will be pre matched and None decision and everyone taking part will receive a trophy! All matches will be matched as evenly as possible based on age weight and experience 👌🙏🙏🥊🥊 taking place at the cinnamon Brow social bar in Warrington with a cafe and a bar available for everyone and is big enough to keep to any form of social distancing so no cramped space at all! There will be a raffle with some great prizes up for grabs with the raffle proceeds going to the Crystic fibrosis Trust and our main gym sponsorship 8StrongSports clothing line also on sale with their store. This will be a great day out for all involved and a great fun and safe day for all taking part in the bouts. Itl be great to get back to these kind of things after all this madness and all support would be greatly appreciated and returned. Please note that upon re opening all adult classes are still on hold for the time being following government guidelines in social distancing but we can still offer personal and private tuition for everyone!
