ENJOY THE PROCESS

In a society where we are so used to getting what we want at the click of a button, we expect the same things when it comes to our body and overall health.

We want it all and we want it right now.

We forget the work it takes to get there.

Years and years of development went into the internet and then into Google to be able to give us information at the speed of light.

Billions of dollars, several failures and setback along with many many years of hard work went into building Amazon so that we could have a delivery at an instant.

We forget that this growth process is also required for our body.

We need the work, we need the failures and we need the patience in order to see the amazing outcome that is achieved from all of this.

Google didn’t quit. Bezos didn’t quit when building Amazon. Look what came from that.

You can build something special too.

You need to enjoy the process of attaining the goal. Not simply making it to the goal tomorrow.

As the saying goes - ‘money earned is much sweeter than money won’.

Go out and earn it.

It’ll feel a whole lot better when you get there.

When you set your mind to a daily task or long term goal, it’s almost infinite in what you can achieve.

Many people have limiting beliefs as to what they can truly achieve with their bodies.

They might see people getting results that seem impossible, but we’re all technically the same with the same biology.

It’s just a process that needs to be followed.

That’s all it is!

Of course, we have to overcome barriers within this process, but the science is always the same.

‘Fast metabolism’
‘Slow metabolism’

It doesn’t matter.

None of us are special.

We all respond to a calorie deficit.

We all respond to a great training programme.

It’s just whether we’re willing to follow it.
