Last nights 0-5k ladies getting their workouts done together with Gemma Beazley

Week 3 and they are all super proud of themselves and so they should be 🥰

We hear a lot of ladies on these courses say "I've started loads of 0-5k but never completed them"

They believe that's because they are quitters! That's not true you just didn't have a team, some support, a Gem B, or accountability, now look how it works when you have all of those things ❤️🙌🏻

❄️StudioBelles Winter Games ❄️
Join us for the StudioBelle Winter Games Charity Event on Saturday 14th November, 8am–12 midday.

Tickets are now on sale www.fitnessbelles 🎟️

2 weeks before, You’ll be placed into a team of 3, picked out of a hat, for a fun morning of fitness using barbells, SkiErg, rower, dumbbells, running and wall balls.

Suitable for all fitness levels.
Tickets are £15 per person, with all money raised going to Cancer Research UK.

There’ll also be hot drinks and a cake sale, with all proceeds going to the charity too. 💗 (cake bakers get ready)

Let’s make this a day to remember, bringing our community together while raising vital funds for Cancer Research UK and supporting the fight against a disease that has touched so many of our lives 🎀
