Not sure who created it but they are spot on.

I am SO proud of my children and how their home education has shaped them.

They dont fit into this broken society we live in.

But for me that is a positive not a negative.

Emily helped me pick some of our beautiful flowers from our garden and she arranged this out of them.

A bit late on the uptake and this year we start the childless.

But we have been embracing the garden and outdoors this week.

Started Sunday with some fun with planting up seedlings and some gardening.

Monday after an early flight we enjoyed our first evening sat out listening to the crickets.

Today I sat “helping” D with some Pruning. Unable to offer help physically anymore i offered it more in the way of “supervising” offering useful advice and making helpful observations 😇🤣.

Girls day last week and we all got our nails done as a treat from Jessica.

Bedroom cleaning routine made by Emily as part of her growing up and increasing her responsibilities.

She did hers as I set up ones for Jess and I for managing the household cleaning and management.

Emily is awaiting her support worker from Early intervention today.

She has been meeting with her for a few weeks and today she is going to help emily with a box of bits she doesn’t know if she wants to keep or not from her room renovation.

I believe they will also be planning to take bits to the charity shop too.

This is to help to teach emily how to keep her space uncluttered and learn how to let go of things.

Being autistic this can be a real problem for a lot of autistics.

letting go of attachments can be really hard and we don’t just build attachments to living creatures but also stuff.

So today will be hard for emily. But it will help her in so many areas of her life.

So after a 2 year fight and finally winning to get Emilys needs met. Last week she started her education other than school journey.

She has done amazing and is spending this week with gran while the older housemates, Duncan the borrowed housemate and I are helping the parents regain control of their french properties in a nearby Gite.

I am finally learning to adapt and we are finally finding a normal and emily has done amazingly with her new “school term schedule”
