Phew! 😅 I’ve had a productive day. My head feels lighter!! 🥳 🤣
To reward my productivity I have had a swim and an Allstars Sports Bar salad (they’re the best!) The world is reset.

Slow but steady wins the race this morning. I woke up at 6am!! Who knows why on a Sunday?! It was slightly offensive, however I put the time to good use. 🏃‍♀️
It’s super hot out there already so be cautious if you are planning to exercise today. I have downed my water and slurped my electrolytes to stay hydrated 💦

The one thing I know about my brother is that he has a wicked sense of humour! This may make him chuckle… my triathlon was very hard (particularly the swim! 😉)

Yesssss Zoe!

Look at what this lady has achieved. 🔥
No crash diets, no crazy programmes, just commitment and consistency. We have progressively increased the weights and the volume of work in the studio. Zoe has been active daily at home and loves her busy life (so that helps!)
